Director | Paul Schott Enterprises
The Director Paul Schott has 30 years experience working in the health and community sector, and 12 years as a management trainer and consultant. Paul has an interest in strength and solution based approaches to organisational change, and has held several leadership positions where implementing this approach has been a priority. Paul has extensive experience working with boards, executives, middle managers and staff from diverse backgrounds, and is regularly contracted for his combined experience in both fieldwork and senior management.
Moving from a colleague in my team to a team leader, was a difficult transition for me. Paul challenged me and knew exactly where my strengths and less evident skills lay. Paul's work isn’t just about supervision and getting you through a current leadership issue, it’s about professional growth, future directions, and deep reflection. With Paul’s guidance, I became confident in my leadership role, even moving to comfortably sit in a management role.
