Leadership Coaching

Executive & leadership coaching

Coaching provides a confidential environment where participants can speak openly about their issues and commit to setting new directions that will advance their approach. Often people have had negative feedback that pre-disposes them to avoid new approaches. Our coaches can help a person re-evaluate their options and build the confidence to explore new strategies.

While training is effective at establishing a framework for skill development it doesn’t guarantee implementation. 

​

The initial enthusiasm to action is soon dissipated in the face of ‘back at the office’ routines.  This program provides a terrific way to maximise outcomes from training and apply strategies and tools to your own setting in order to achieve the changes you want. 

 

The process occurs in partnership with the ‘line manager’ and is provided through ‘one on one’ or ‘group’ sessions with an experienced coach. Our package also includes access to your coach between sessions and regular reading and resource material to foster ongoing learning and interactions with colleagues.

Clinical coaching/
supervision

This program is targeted at staff of health and community organisations working in casework, clinical or community-based roles.

The program provides a continuous one-on-one and group professional development opportunity for practitioners who want to have regular support to develop their knowledge and skills. 

​

External consultation gives practitioners the opportunity to access supervision by professionally qualified and contracted supervisors.

360° feedback reports and DISC profiling

The key to adult development is self-awareness and the key to self-awareness is robust, credible information from objective or multi-perspective sources.

​

We are accredited in both a selection of 360° surveys, assessments, and simulations as well as individual DISC profiling.

​​

We have the tools, methodologies, and experience to ensure that individuals and teams have the most accurate picture of their styles, strengths, and behaviours, to assist them to drive their professional development.
